The rules for using this website and our text-message program.

These terms are an agreement between you and Setline Digital LLC ("Setline," "we," "us"), a Tennessee limited liability company. They govern your use of www.setlinedigital.com and our text-message program.
What these terms are not. They are not the agreement for our work. If you hire Setline, the services, price, term, and everything else are set out in a separate written agreement signed by both of us. Where that agreement and this page disagree, the signed agreement wins.
Using this website
Use the site lawfully. Don't try to break into it, scrape it at a scale that degrades it, copy it wholesale, or use it to send anyone anything harmful. We may change, suspend, or take down any part of the site at any time.
Forms, quizzes, and booking a call
Filling in a form, taking a quiz, or booking a call on this site costs nothing and commits neither of us to anything. It's a conversation, not a contract.
Give us accurate information — if what you tell us about your business is wrong, anything we tell you back will be wrong too. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and we may decline to work with anyone.
What we sell, and what we don't promise
Setline builds and runs lead generation systems for local contractors. Pricing and the guarantee described elsewhere on this site are current as of the date above and may change; the numbers that bind us are the ones in your signed agreement.
Advertising spend is separate. Where a system includes paid advertising, that budget is billed by the ad platform directly to your payment method. It is not part of our fee and we do not mark it up.
We do not control the platforms. Google, Meta, and similar services set their own rules, prices, and algorithms and change them without notice. We can't guarantee ad approval, placement, ranking, cost per lead, or that any specific result will continue. Where we offer a written guarantee, its exact terms are in your signed agreement — not on this page.
Text messages
If you tick the SMS consent box on a form or quiz here, you're agreeing to receive text messages from Setline Digital at the number you gave us. Consent is never required to contact us or to hire us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Content and ownership
The text, design, and images on this site belong to Setline Digital or are used with permission. Don't republish them as your own. Anything you send us — answers, messages, photos of your work — stays yours, but you give us permission to use it to do the work you asked for.
Other people's sites and services
This site links to and runs on services we don't control, including our CRM and booking tools. Their terms and privacy policies govern what they do. We're not responsible for them.
Disclaimer and limits
This website is provided as-is. We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that anything on it fits your particular situation. Nothing here is legal, tax, or financial advice.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Setline Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost business, arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the updated version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from this website will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Loudon County, Tennessee.
