Setline Digital LLC ("Setline," "we," "us") builds and runs lead generation systems for local contractors. We are based in Lenoir City, Tennessee. This policy explains what we collect through www.setlinedigital.com — including our forms, quizzes, and booking calendar — why we collect it, and what we do with it.

Short version, so you don't have to read the rest:

• We collect what you type into our forms, plus normal website analytics.
• We use it to answer you and to prepare for a call.
• We do not sell your information.
• We never share your phone number or texting consent with anybody for their marketing.

What we collect

Information you give us. Your name, email address, and phone number. Your answers to questions on our forms and quizzes — for example your trade, how you currently get work, and what your marketing looks like today. Anything you write to us in a message.

Information collected automatically. Your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the page that referred you, and how long you spend on the site. If you arrived from an online ad, the click identifier that ad platforms attach to the link.

Why we collect it

• To answer your question, quote you, and schedule a call.
• To show up to that call already knowing your situation, so you aren't repeating yourself.
• To run the website, see which pages work, and fix the ones that don't.
• To send you email about our system. Every one of those has an unsubscribe link.
• To send you text messages only if you checked the SMS consent box — see the section at the bottom.
• To keep the site secure and investigate misuse.
• To comply with the law when we're required to.

Who else touches it

We use outside companies to run the business. They process your information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing:

• Wix — hosts this website.
• GoHighLevel / LeadConnector — our CRM. It powers the forms, quizzes, booking calendar, and the email and text messages we send.
• Google — Google Analytics measures site traffic; Google Ads may show you our ads; Google Workspace carries our email.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to enforce our terms, or in connection with a sale or merger of the business.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics, to understand how people use it. You can block cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics specifically with Google's opt-out browser add-on. You can control the ads Google shows you at My Ad Center.

Your choices

• Email. Click unsubscribe in any marketing email.
• Text messages. Reply STOP to any text from us.
• Access, correction, deletion. Email kaleb@setlinedigital.com and tell us what you want. Depending on where you live you may have a legal right to some of these; we honor the request either way, and we won't treat you differently for asking.

How long we keep it, and how we protect it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to answer you, do the work, and meet our legal and accounting obligations — and we delete it when you ask us to, unless we're required to keep it. We take reasonable steps to protect it, but no website or database is perfectly secure, and we won't pretend otherwise. Please don't send us sensitive information over email.

Children

This site sells business services to business owners. It isn't intended for children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We'll update this page if our practices change, and we'll change the "last updated" date at the top when we do.

SMS / text messaging terms and mobile information privacy

Read this before you tick the box

What the program is. Setline Digital runs a text-message program for people who ask us about our lead generation system. If you check the SMS consent box on a form or quiz on this website, you are agreeing to receive text messages from Setline Digital at the mobile number you entered. Those messages relate to what you asked about, and may include replies to your question, scheduling and reminders for a call, and occasional offers from Setline Digital.

Consent is never required. You do not have to agree to texts to submit a form, take the quiz, book a call, or hire us. Leave the box unchecked and we'll use email or phone instead. You can decline or withdraw consent at any time and it changes nothing about how we treat you.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies.

Costs. Message and data rates may apply. Setline Digital does not charge you for these messages, but your mobile carrier's standard rates may apply.

Stopping, and getting help. Reply STOP to any text from us to cancel. We'll send one confirmation and then stop, unless you opt in again later. Reply HELP for help, or email kaleb@setlinedigital.com.

Delivery. Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier's network. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
