About Setline Digital
Setline Digital is a contractor marketing agency for finish trades: epoxy and garage floor coating contractors, flooring installers, and painting contractors. We build and run one lead generation system — a gallery-forward website, managed Google Ads, call tracking, and instant lead texts — so every lead reaches the owner's phone the second it comes in. Founded in 2026 and based in Knoxville, Tennessee, working with finish-trade contractors across the United States.
Who runs it
Setline Digital is run by Kaleb Traister, a trade operator, not a career marketer. Kaleb also owns Lakebound Marine, a marine flooring company in Knoxville. For years every Lakebound job came from word of mouth; when the off-seasons got quiet enough to test it, he built a website with Google Ads behind it for his own company and tracked every call. That system became Setline. Lakebound is Client #0 — the founder's own company, not a third-party client — and the first month with ads live produced seven booked jobs (owner-reported).
What we do
One system, built and run for you: a website designed around your photos, Google Ads campaigns managed weekly, call tracking on every campaign, instant text notifications for every lead, and monthly reporting on cost per booked estimate. On-page SEO ships with every site we build — page structure, unique titles and descriptions, schema markup, a sitemap — included, not an upsell. We don't sell standalone SEO retainers, social media management, or branding packages.
Who it's for
Residential finish-trade contractors whose work sells on photos: epoxy, polyaspartic, polyurea, and flake floor coatings; hardwood, tile, and LVP flooring; residential painting. Commercial and industrial work we take case by case, and we'll say plainly on the call if it isn't a fit. Outside those trades, we'll usually point you elsewhere.
How it works
- You own everything. The website, the domain, the Google Ads account, the tracking number, and every lead in them are yours from day one, in your name. If you ever leave, all of it transfers with you and nothing gets switched off or held.
- Your ad money never touches us. Your budget is set by you and billed by Google to your own card. We manage the campaigns; you can see every dollar at the source. Never marked up.
- Every lead is yours alone. It comes from your own website and your own ad account — never resold, never shared with another contractor.
- Simple terms. A one-time launch fee, then a flat monthly fee. Month-to-month, no long contract, quoted in writing before you sign anything.
- The guarantee. Five or more tracked leads — calls or quote forms from your campaigns — in your first month with ads live, or you get back every dollar you've paid Setline. In writing before you sign.
